BatchApps (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is firmly committed to the security and protection of the personal information of our users so we will never ask or save any personal information/data from the users. This privacy policy describes how BatchApps will collect, use, share and process data/information. By accepting the BatchApps privacy policy and/or using the services you consent to the collection and usage of the data as described herein.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

BatchApps (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED never gathers any personal information or data.

2. Data Collected by Apps

The apps never saves the images or files of the user to any location other than on the local storage. And we will never use the media or any data from the user’s device. As your privacy is our first concern. Other data collected through firebase is used for Analytics, placing ads, and finding out any crashes in our apps. All the in-app purchases are processed by Google and Apple. The in-app purchase functionality is accurately integrated as suggested by Google and Apple. They (Google and Apple) process the payments and reversals at their end. 

3. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

We use Google AdMob to earn revenue and might further use in-app purchases (also from App Store).

4. In-App Subscriptions

4.1. In app subscriptions automatically renew themselves, If you want to stop or cancel the automatically renewable subscriptions, you can do that from the Apple App Store or Google play store subscriptions area. For more details refer to the end of the privacy policy with *.

4.2. In app purchases for the Android may change any time as some features might require subscription to meet the expenses. So for the users who have paid apps for lifetime might find new features with subscriptions on it.

4.3 . Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.4. Current subscription may not be canceled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase

4.5. Details about automatically renewable in app subscriptions and personally identifiable data collected by the app for managing the subscriptions.

4.6. Apple collects the personally identifiable data for handling the in app subscriptions.

4.7. Apple uses this personally identifiable data for renewing the subscriptions at their end.

4.8. Apple collects the in-app purchases data to maintain the subscriptions, we will not use any kind of data that is collected for subscriptions by Apple.

4.9. No information is shared or used in any means that is collected. If a user contact us through feedback or through email, we will only respond to that and that data will never be shared by anyone or used in any other ways apart for making improvements in the app according to the accepted suggestions.

4.10. If a user wants to review or make corrections in the personal identifiable data, he/she must contact Apple to handle this, as the in app subscriptions are handled by Apple

4.11. Subscriptions are monthly (~$14.99), 6 month (~$24.99) and 1 Year (~$29.99) (prices may vary depnending upon the app, offers or discounts)

5. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

BatchApps (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED may at any time with or without a separate notice change this privacy policy, and you are encouraged to review this policy from time to time. In case of substantial changes, BatchApps will notify the users by any push notice, App Store description, Apple Store Description or via notice in the services. Your continued use of the services after a notice of changes has been communicated to you or published on our services shall constitute consent to the changed policy.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
